Very relaxed getaway but a bit overpriced

Cleanliness and children activities combined with peaceful atmosphere for adults. The housekeeping staff were exceptional—both friendly and highly professional. The accommodation was designed with families in mind, providing thoughtful touches like a baby bath, high chair, and changing mat in the room. Every detail was considered to make us feel at home. Even a beach bag and flip-flops were provided for guests, adding to the comfort. It was also amazing to use the SPA facilities which are open for guests to use during their stay with special slots for visits with kids.

Limited food options for breakfast and dinner (we were on a half-board plan). The process of signing for drinks or additional orders during dinner felt cumbersome. Similarly, having to order eggs separately at the table for breakfast was inefficient, as the staff struggled to keep up. It would have been more convenient if eggs were part of the buffet, as we often had to wait for them, and by the time they arrived, our coffee had already gone cold. Despite these minor inconveniences, we absolutely loved our stay and thoroughly enjoyed the tranquil atmosphere. The peaceful surroundings and overall experience made it a truly relaxing getaway.

Spectacular place to relax and enjoy the beautiful views

The facilities are beautiful. The staff is super hospitable and friendly. Everyone in the family had a great time. Food was great.

We had 2 connecting rooms and ours air conditioner didn’t work very well and also we had some leaking in the room. Some days housekeeping was not the best.

Awesome resort where you can relax and enjoy the good life!

From check-in to check-out, almost everything was great at the resort. The staff really makes you feel welcome and a valued guest. The breakfast and dinner, although buffet style, were awesome with so much variety and different possibilities that you will keep eating. It's a great view over the sea while waking up or having dinner. Also, the other restaurant options are great, and the private beach area is a nice and secluded area with good beds, waiter service, and safeguards.

Almost nothing was disappointing, but if I had to come up with something, it would have been nice to have a little shop on the premises where you could buy your essentials, such as a bottle of water or some candy. If you want that, you will have to go to the supermarket in town.

Wonderful stay and excellent service. Location of hotel is beautiful. A particular mention to the excellent and friendly staff: in the restaurant, Giorgio, Matteo, Marcello, Michele, Ivana, Gabriele, Christiana, Enzo and in the kids club the brilliant Alessandro and Matteo; and to the lovely housekeeping staff. They all went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Many thanks indeed.

Plenty of activities the hotel provided were great for us as a family, plenty to do. Amazing pools and the staff were extremely friendly.

The beach had too much seaweed in the water to enjoy but nice beaches 15 minute drive away.

Good relaxing stay for the Fall

The private beach and the availability of deckchairs there Breakfast The room The view The restaurant seating is awesome.

The waiters are not sufficiently professional. At some point we had to wait 20+ minutes between our wine list and the wine. At breakfast they messed up with my eggs order (OK), then reordered and that went wrong too (other customers got served for quite some time). At some point I walked away as they were blaming each other. At night, the waiter who obviously recognized me didn't apologize (when a client gives up he is probably quite dissatisfied so it would have been nice to ask how to make up or at least recognize the error and apologize for the mistake) All in all, I found the evening food quite repetitive and relatilvey quiickly boring (relative to other 5 star resorts we have been to)

Great value for money, would definitely return!

Amazing selection of food at breakfast and dinner! The private beach was so lovely too. Didn’t have any issues with finding a seat around the pool. Extremely clean facilities and lovely garden suite bedroom with very comfortable beds.

Swimming pools were quite cold (sea was warmer) and the pool bar food was expensive and not that good in comparison to the Kento restaurant and normal restaurant. Quite remote so would recommend a car if you want to explore. We just stayed at the resort and relaxed so it wasn’t a problem.

Beautiful site and so many wonderful staff members working hard

Excellent position. Quiet away from the city.

The managing of the waiting staff for all inclusive restaurant. We viewed some very rough verbal exchanges of supervisory staff to waiting staff. Not a pretty sight or a good vibe. Unfortunate to see when trying to relax. Disappointing. No reason for staff to be treated poorly and even worse to reprimand in this fashion.

Wonderful

This is a breathtaking resort! I fell in love with my elegant room and picturesque balcony view. The resort delivers on all counts, from the beach, grounds, excursions (sailing with Maby Mare is a must-do), hospitality, generous food offerings, spa, complimentary yoga, and overall atmosphere make this resort a top pick. Just be advised that the resort caters to young families. Will I return? Absolutely! But I will visit off-season as, at my age, I seek a more tranquil and serene atmosphere.

This is not a complaint, as I feel children are wonderful beings, but I was shocked to learn that the resort was family-focused. Traveling alone, I desired an upscale and sophisticated atmosphere. To my surprise, I found myself in an activity-heightened environment as the little ones are highly prioritized at the resort, which impacted the refined atmosphere I had set out to enjoy. This is a top-pick resort for families, and I will confidently recommend it to my family and friends traveling with their young families.
